At Pup Ring, we want you to love your jewelry as much as you love your pets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
